We follow ACOG guidelines, which support getting back to activity as soon as you feel ready postpartum. For some people, that means starting Ab Rehab as early as 2–6 weeks—but there’s absolutely no rush. Listen to your body and go at a pace that feels good for you.

If Ab Rehab feels like a bit too much at first, our Early Postpartum Program is a great place to begin and offers gentle, supportive movement as you ease back in.

If you had a C-section, we recommend pairing Ab Rehab with our C-Section Recovery add-on program. We suggest waiting until around 8 weeks postpartum to begin scar tissue mobilization in the C-Section Program, but everything else can be started whenever you feel ready.
