To retrieve your documents:
Visit the Flex Consumer Portal: Flex Consumer Portal
Log in using the same email address you used during checkout.
Navigate to your order history.
Select your order to download:
Your itemized receipt
Your eligibility form or Letter of Medical Necessity (if applicable)
